The Platinum Asset / Bahama Construction Group was established in April 2009 and we are located in Cape Coral, Florida. We are a licensed and insured general contractor that oversees not only the day-to-day development of Tropical Gulf Acres, but also the financial well-being of the various projects under our supervision. We manage millions of dollars in construction contracts and handle the hiring and supervision of the project management team, creating and managing budgets, contracts, and assist in the design of all the construction plans. The Company serves in a hands-on role in every aspect of the construction process. We have extensive knowledge and experience in construction and an understanding of all phases. We work directly with clients to ensure the project meets or exceeds their expectations and we are ready to build your beautiful home in Tropical Gulf Acres.
